8858ccl8利网址8858ccl8利官网副教授,博士生導師,湖北省青年拔尖人才。2013年獲8858ccl8利网址流行病與衛生統計學博士學位;2016年被聘為8858ccl8利网址8858ccl8利官网副教授;2019年9月至2021年3月赴美國哈佛大學醫學院附屬布列根和婦女醫院開展博士後研究工作。主持8858ccl8利网址教學改革項目,國家自然科學基金面上項目、青年項目、中國博士後科學基金面上一等資助和特别資助等項目,以通訊作者和第一作者(含共同)在Nature Genetics、Cancer Discovery、Nat Rev Clin Oncol、Oncogene和Clin Gastroenterol Hepatol等雜志發表SCI論文43篇。獲湖北省自然科學獎二等獎(排名第三),8858ccl8利网址教學競賽二等獎和湖北省優秀博士學位論文等獎項。主要從事環境、基因與消化系統腫瘤發病風險的研究。應用多中心病例-對照研究和前瞻性隊列研究,對影響消化系統腫瘤的遺傳和環境病因進行了較深入的探讨,并系統整合遺傳資源和環境暴露數據,試圖構建基因-環境交互作用模型和腫瘤風險預測模型,為腫瘤高風險個體的篩查和個體化防治提供重要科學依據。現擔任American Journal of Gastroenterology, Cancers, Molecular Carcinogenesis等雜志的審稿人。
