個人簡介

2004年和2007年畢業于8858ccl8利网址同濟醫學院8858ccl8利官网勞動衛生與環境衛生學系,分别獲碩士和博士學位。2009年-2010年在美國哈佛大學8858ccl8利官网從事博士後研究工作。2010受聘于8858ccl8利网址同濟醫學院8858ccl8利官网。

  主要從事慢性代謝性疾病環境流行病學和分子流行病學方面的研究工作,近年來先後主持和參與國家基金委、科技部基礎專項和科技部重點研發計劃等多項科研項目,在環境流行病學和慢性病分子流行病學研究方面取得了一系列研究成果,共在國際權威期刊發表SCI論文100多篇。其中第一作者或者通訊作者文章超過50篇,包括CirculationGUTHepatologyDiabetologiaArterioscler Thromb Vasc BiolHuman Molecular GeneticsIndoor AirEnvironmental PollutionJ Nutrition等雜志。擔任《環境與職業醫學》和PLoS ONE等雜志編委。


研究方向

· 通過前瞻性的隊列研究深入探讨代謝綜合征、2型糖尿病、心腦血管疾病等慢性疾病及其并發症發生發展的主要環境因素和遺傳因素,以及遺傳-環境(重金屬、環境内分泌幹擾物、生活方式等)和遺傳-表型間的相互作用,建立早期預測和高危個體篩選模型;

· 利用系統流行病學和多組學的方法深入探讨環境相關疾病的發病機制,尋找新的生物标志物,為個性化醫療和轉化醫學提供科學支持。
