潘安（1983.4—），流行病學專家，8858ccl8利网址教授，博導，8858ccl8利官网院長。生于江蘇南京。2004年本科畢業于南京大學生命科學學院，2009年博士畢業于中國科學院上海生命科學研究院營養科學研究所，2009-2012年在哈佛大學8858ccl8利官网從事博士後研究，2012-2015年在新加坡國立大學8858ccl8利官网任助理教授、博導。2015年起任職于8858ccl8利网址同濟醫學院8858ccl8利官网，擔任華中卓越學者特聘教授、博導。
長期從事流行病學研究，在糖尿病和心血管病等重大慢病的病因和轉歸研究上取得了一系列創新性成果，為制定慢性病防控對策提供高級别科學證據。作為中國唯一代表擔任柳葉刀（Lancet）肥胖委員會委員，參與撰寫柳葉刀全球肥胖問題報告，主持柳葉刀中國肥胖問題專輯，參與EAT-Lancet 2.0委員會、柳葉刀肥胖臨床診斷委員會等國際學術組織。共發表論文300餘篇，被引20000餘次，H指數76，連續4年入選科睿唯安全球高被引科學家。發表第一或通訊文章150餘篇，包括N Engl J Med、JAMA（4篇）、BMJ（2篇）等醫學頂級期刊多篇，熱點和高被引論文十餘篇。榮獲“霍英東教育基金會高等院校青年科學獎”“樹蘭醫學青年獎”“湖北省醫學青年拔尖人才”等。擔任全國醫學專業學位研究生教育指導委員會（公共衛生分委員會）委員、中國營養學會營養流行病分會副主委、Lancet Diabetes Endocrinol國際顧問委員會委員（中國大陸唯一）、營養學權威期刊Am J Clin Nutr副主編（1952年創刊以來中國唯一）、Chin Med J編委等國内外多個學術團體和期刊重要職務，顯著提升了我國在該領域的國際話語權。
